How does billing work?

Every plan is a flat monthly subscription billed per IP. You pick a quantity at checkout, the subscription renews monthly at the same price, and you can cancel from the dashboard at any time. There are no setup fees and no contracts on self-serve plans.

Is bandwidth really unlimited?

Yes. Traffic is unmetered on every plan: no caps, no throttling, no fair-usage clause, and no per-GB line on the invoice. The price you see per IP is the price you pay regardless of how much you transfer.

Can I change quantity later?

Yes. You can add IPs at any time from the dashboard, and the new IPs are provisioned within minutes. Reductions take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep what you have already paid for.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Self-serve pricing is flat per IP at every quantity, so the price you see is the price at 25 IPs or 2,500. Above roughly a /24 of addresses, private subnets are usually the better structure. Contact sales for a quote on block pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards through Stripe, and cryptocurrency for both new orders and renewals. Crypto subscriptions renew on the same monthly cycle with an invoice sent ahead of each renewal.

Do you offer a free trial or refunds?

We do not offer a free trial, because every IP we provision carries a real per-unit cost. New customers do get a satisfaction guarantee: if the network is not right for you within the first 24 hours, contact support for a resolution or refund. The smallest plans exist so you can validate the network at minimal commitment.

What counts as enterprise pricing?

Private subnets (/24 through /22), custom IP pools, dedicated onboarding, an account manager, and a custom SLA. Pricing is quoted per deployment. Contact sales and we will size the block against your workload.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are no setup fees, no bandwidth overages, no per-request charges, and no fee to replace a flagged IP. The monthly subscription is the entire cost.
